QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
The High Voltage Life program meets every Monday from 4:30 – 8:30 p.m.
The itinerary is as follows:
4:30 – 5:45 p.m. – Hot Power Vinyasa yoga class with Diana
6:00 – 8:00 p.m. – Group coaching session, working through The Guide to the High Voltage Life book.
If you cannot make it to the yoga class, you’re welcome to join us at 6:00 p.m. for the coaching portion. While we strongly encourage attendance at the yoga classes whenever possible, we understand that scheduling conflicts can arise. Your journey is yours, and we’re here to support it, wherever you start each Monday.
The program includes 12 sessions total, spread over three months, meeting four times per month. Each session combines yoga and group coaching, creating a consistent and deep experience for your personal journey.
Not at all. You only need a willingness to be present, to accept where you are, and to nurture a genuine desire for growth. High Voltage Life meets you where you are.
Absolutely. There’s no pressure to share beyond what feels right for you. Many participants start by simply observing and find comfort in opening up as connections deepen naturally. Diana has a unique gift for creating an emotionally safe and supportive space, where everyone can see and be seen, hear and be heard. Group discussions are structured thoughtfully, encouraging each person to share only to their comfort level and fostering a sense of emotional distance that helps everyone feel secure. Your journey unfolds at your own pace, with full respect for your boundaries.
You don’t need to buy Diana’s book ahead of time—we’ll provide it as part of the program! Before we begin, you’ll also receive a brief intake form with a few reflective questions to help you prepare for the journey ahead. Just come with an open heart and a readiness to connect deeply with yourself and others. We’ll provide all resources and guidance as you go.
We recommend bringing a yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable clothing, a journal for reflections, and a change of clothes. You might also want to bring a snack and any comfort items—like a meditation cushion, blanket, or pillow—that will help you feel at ease. We have some comfort items in the studio, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer!
Most importantly, bring an open heart, a willingness to be present, and a courageous spirit for the journey ahead.
