Summer Camp: Yoga Style
Our Kids Yoga Camp is packed with fun and engaging activities including crafts, yoga games and flows, and guided meditation, all designed to develop essential skills such as yoga foundations, mindfulness, and emotion regulation.
Additionally, young yogis will have the opportunity to practice journaling, allowing them to reflect on their experiences and develop their creativity.

Parents, give your child the gift of mindfulness and self-discovery this summer with Yoga Nyla’s Kids Yoga Camp. Our camp is designed to help children ages 7-12 learn valuable life skills and connect with others through a variety of fun activities led by Tara Baird, and experienced kids yoga educator.
Our daily schedule is packed with exciting and educational activities that will keep your child engaged and entertained all throughout the week. Your child will learn new breathing techniques, practice journaling with mindful journal prompts, participate in a daily gratitude ritual, and learn various yoga postures and sequences for flow and relaxation. They will also have the opportunity to express their creativity through multiple art and craft projects, play games, and engage in guided meditation each day.
In addition to having fun and making new friends, our camp offers many benefits for your child’s physical and emotional well-being. Yoga for kids supports emotion regulation, encourages confidence, improves focus and present engagement, activates creativity, increases strength and flexibility, fosters a love of learning, and promotes teamwork.
But the benefits aren’t just for your child. As a parent, you can also take advantage of our 8:30am yoga class while your child is at camp. This gives you the chance to shower, eat, and run errands before picking up your child. You’ll return feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, just like your child will after a day of yoga and mindfulness.
So, pack a mat, water, and snack for your child, and let them experience the wonder and fun of Yoga Nyla’s Summer Mindfulness and Yoga Camp. A well-balanced breakfast is recommended, so kiddos can arrived fueled up and ready to move!
