Been practicing for a while, and want to take your practice to the next level but not quiet ready for a handstand? This workshop will take the time that a regular class does not have to break down poses and techniques that are often incorporated into class. Such as:
Running man
- Crow
- “Floating Forward and Back”
- Smooth yet powerful Chattarungas
- Backbends “Wheel”
- Binds
- Using blocks and Straps in a powerful way
- Bandhas
- Headstand
- Bird of Paradise
Come Prepared:
- Arrive 15 minutes before the workshop begins
- Wear clothes that allow comfortable movement
- Avoid eating at least 1 hour before the workshop
- Bring water, towel and yoga mat (mat & towel rentals available)
