Yoga, Play & Mindfulness for Yogis ages 6-12
Join Tara Baird for the Mini Warrior Yoga Summer Camp, where kids embark on a fun-filled journey of yoga, creativity, and mindfulness. Through engaging yoga poses, exciting games, breath work, and journaling, children will build physical strength, emotional resilience, and self-awareness.
