NONHEATED YOGA CLASSES
-
Kundalini Yoga
Focused on unlocking your inner vitality, Kundalini combines breathwork, movement, meditation, and chanting to stimulate Kundalini energy, the dormant spiritual force at the spine’s base, promoting clarity, well-being, and heightened awareness. Each class flows through kriyas—structured sets of poses, breath patterns, and focus points—to release energy blockages and support your body’s natural rhythms. You'll alternate between moments of active effort and relaxation, fully experiencing the shifts within.

YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and find balance by focusing on stillness and deep stretching. In contrast to the dynamic nature of Power Vinyasa (yang), this practice targets the connective tissues—ligaments, tendons, and fascia—by holding poses for extended periods. The long holds encourage deep release, making connective tissue stronger and more flexible over time. Our Yin Yoga class is practiced in a cool, non-heated room.
