The High Voltage Life program meets every Monday from 4:30 to 8:30 pm. Each session is broken down into two parts:
4:30 - 5:45 pm: Hot Power Vinyasa yoga class with Diana
6:00 - 8:30 pm: Group discussion, coaching, and activities
