    Freedom Flow with Becky

    You asked for it! Becky Hobgood is back this fall for Freedom Flow! This 75-minute class blends light yoga, a jazz-style dance warm-up, and a funk-inspired choreographed routine, all taught step-by-step in a fun, supportive space. You’ll stretch, sweat, and dance your way into freedom and joy. No experience needed!

    Guided Meditation with Dan (Free!)

    Sept 15th thru Dec 29th

    Start your week with clarity and calm. This free weekly class includes a brief introduction, a 25-minute guided meditation, and time for group reflection.

    Dan brings years of personal practice and study in meditation, mindfulness, and Buddhist philosophy to gently guide you into presence.
