What is Freedom Flow?
Freedom Flow is a 75-minute movement experience that blends:
- gentle yoga
- beginner-friendly dance warmups
- a short choreographed combo

What to Expect:
Yes, you’ll learn a dance routine. No, you don’t need any experience ;)
We’ll begin with a light yoga sequence to help you stretch, breathe, and wake up your body. Then we’ll shift into a jazz-style dance warm-up to get your energy flowing. The final portion of class is where the real fun begins: Becky will teach a funk-inspired routine designed to help you loosen up, feel empowered, and connect to your joy.
This isn’t a yoga class, and it’s not a technical dance class either. It’s a space to move, laugh, shake off the day, and surprise yourself in the best way. Expect to sweat, smile, and maybe even find a little freedom you didn’t know was there.

About Your Instructor
Becky is a lifelong dancer, educator, and movement enthusiast who believes in the healing power of expression. After over three decades teaching dance in public schools, she expanded her path to include yoga, deepening her commitment to helping others connect mind, body, and spirit through movement. With certifications spanning Soul Activist Yoga, Zumba, and multiple yoga modalities, Becky blends her love of music, rhythm, and soulful embodiment into every class she leads. Her mission? To help you remember the joy, power, and freedom that lives inside you.
