What if the discomfort in your body is a doorway to healing?

Many of us carry stress, tension, and emotions that get trapped beneath the surface. Locked in our muscles, our breath, and our nervous system, this energy creates dis-ease in the body. This workshop offers a way to listen to your body’s messages, moving past the noise of the mind to actually release what’s been stuck. It is not about forcing or fixing. It is about creating space for your body to speak, so you can feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

What to Expect
In this 2.5-hour guided experience, you’ll:

  • Be welcomed into a safe, grounded space to settle your nervous system

  • Explore gentle somatic movement to reconnect with your body

  • Practice conscious, guided breathwork to help release stored tension and emotion

  • Learn tools to create a sense of internal safety and presence

  • Experience moments of stillness, release, and deep inner clarity

  • Leave feeling lighter, more open, and more connected to yourself

What is somatics?
Somatics is a body-based approach to healing that helps you process what your nervous system has been holding onto. Through breath and intuitive movement, you’ll create the safety your body needs in order to start letting go. That is when things begin to shift. Grief that never had space. Anger you learned to hide. Pressure you didn’t even know was there. You might cry, laugh, shake, or finally take a full breath for the first time in a while.

You’ll be guided every step of the way, with clear instruction and a space that allows you to show up just as you are. Expect to feel more connected to yourself—and more able to show up in the rest of your life with clarity and truth.
