July 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st | 10:30-11:30am
This 4-class workshop series blends yoga, ballet, and contemporary movement into a fluid, music-driven practice. Each session builds on the last, introducing choreographed sequences that challenge your coordination, stamina, balance, and focus—all while inviting you to move with creativity and presence.
Structured like a class. Felt like a dance.
Expect to learn set choreography each week that links breath, posture, and rhythm into one continuous flow. You'll repeat and refine the sequence each class, allowing time for both physical growth and personal expression. By the end of the series, you'll feel more connected to your body, more confident in your movement, and more attuned to the subtle ways we tell stories through shape and motion.
No dance background is required—just curiosity, a willingness to try something new, and a sense of humor.
While drop-ins are welcome, attending all four sessions is the best way to experience the full progression. $150 | $125 early bird until June 10
