In all classes, be prepared to be moved physically, mentally & emotionally. Focus on sensation of postures over form is used to experience and observe mind & body. Students reach a flow state, becoming fully absorbed in the moment. Here is where you find clarity, peace & love. You will be supported throughout the entire class with guidance and freedom. Every class will be familiar but different, paired by music choices and use of silence that will move you beyond the physical.
Hot Power Vinyasa
Yoga Nyla’s signature class is a vigorous, dynamic, flow-based class where variance & creativity are the norm. Each class differs from the last to help you find your edge.
This is the full expression of vinyasa as moving meditation. By linking breath & movement, the practice becomes dancelike — an interplay of motion and stillness. Strength, flexibility, balance and cardio come into harmony.
Students of all levels of experience can practice together because everyone takes accountability for her own practice.

Kundalini is an energy-based practice that offers alternating periods of intense effort followed by time to relax and notice the effects. Students are guided through a specific set of movements, called a kriya, to create balance in the body, mind & Spirit. 75-80*F.
Hot Mobility places emphasis on mobility, tempo variation and creative sequencing, flowing through the postures without the chaturanga – up dog – downdog pattern.
A stimulating class that will increase strength through balancing poses and longer holds, gracefully entwined into stacked sequences. The perfect midweek class to honor a well-rounded practice.
A restorative, grounded class that focuses on stillness. By lengthening the connective tissues and allowing gravity to do the work, students will find deep relaxation and opening. Yin yoga is the perfect way to bring balance to your yoga practice by incorporating yin yoga. 75-80*F.
