Ben White & Alex Levy are back with another joint yoga class – this time BUTI style! BUTI Yoga is an invigorating and dynamic yoga practice that combines traditional yoga asanas, primal movement, and intense cardio bursts. Through vigorous vinyasa-style flow, percussion-based dance music, and deep core conditioning exercises, BUTI Yoga helps to ignite the body’s inner power.
